Not everyone wants their hand held... but some people couldn’t get by without it. We think there are as many ways to ‘do the right thing’ as there are people alive, but sometimes life itself can be a barrier to doing the things we’d really like to see happen. Here's a little more detail about what to expect from us:

When we first start working with someone we want to get to know them a little better – what their interests and values are, as well as their sense of how to do things – all this helps us provide a ‘just right’ service for you.

The initial consultations take 30 minutes, where we get a snapshot of where you are and where you'd like to be on your ‘greening journey’ as well as discussing any particular areas of interest or concern for you. Perhaps you’ve been reading about the feed in tariff changes in the news and want to know what it means for you. Or, you may be utterly frustrated with the recycling provision provided by your local authority, or with the under-performing low energy light bulbs your energy provider sent you. The consultation time is guided by you, and will result in a plan for you to move your life in the way you’d like to see it go, with as little or as much support from us as feels right.

Our input is always totally confidential and may include providing the right information for you to reach a decision, practical support with complex tasks such as project managing a home renovation, or suggesting you try a new product or service we think is a perfect fit for your interests. We can often access exclusive discounts for you too, and we only work with suppliers we trust. We are totally impartial, and never take advertising fees – we recommend things that we have personally sampled and really believe in.

We charge for our time – and charges are always agreed up front or paid by your employer. We never go over our quote and our work is consistently on time and of the highest quality. We don’t like to make promises we can’t keep. You can either choose one of our packaged services or work with us on a pay as you go basis.
